 Basic ADL :
Bathing, dressing and undressing, eating, transferring from bed to chair, and back, voluntarily control urinary and fecal discharge, Using the toilet, Walking (unless Client is bedridden).

Instrumental ADR :
Light Housework (cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, etc.) Preparing meals, Medication reminders, Shopping for groceries or clothes, Using the telephone. 

Sorting, washing, drying, folding, and putting away client’s garments, clothes, bed linens, and kitchen linens.
